Individual Notes
The Notes tab that is available from either the Family or Individual windows can be used to store multiple notes at the individual level. The
category column is a dynamic column in that it is populated based upon all of the
unique values that are entered each time you add a note. In this way you do not
have to go to the Table Maintenance window to add a category when you want to add a quick note.
